The Bureau for Integration and Social Innovation (BISI) and CTeam, a leading consultancy company, have teamed up to support the integration of third-country nationals into the Bulgarian labour market. This collaboration aims to promote social inclusion and improve employment opportunities in the labour market. Sevdalina Voynova, representative of BISI, and Georgi Parvanov, Director of CTeam, signed a memorandum marking the beginning of this significant initiative.
Through this alliance, the two organisations aim to develop strategies to integrate third-country nationals into the labour market. They will work together to create a favourable environment for career development, provide training opportunities and facilitate the link between these communities and businesses. Together, BISI and CTeam aim to create a lasting impact on the lives of these people by improving their skills, increasing their competitiveness in the labour market and promoting their social inclusion.
