It is present in every scroll through a social media feed, every conversation with a peer about diet or mental health, every moment of confusion or curiosity about the body and its needs. Youth workers, educators, and facilitators are uniquely positioned to meet young people in those moments \u2014 but only if they have the practical tools and confidence to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This module equips youth workers and educators with concrete strategies to integrate health literacy into their everyday practice. It&nbsp;<strong>focuses on the four priority health topics<\/strong>&nbsp;identified through the HEALTH-LIT needs assessment conducted across partner countries between June and September 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mental health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual and reproductive health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutrition and body image<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Addictions and peer pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The module is built around three sequential steps \u2014&nbsp;<strong>Digital Spark, Skills Lab, and Badge Quest<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 which move participants from foundational understanding through active facilitation practice to individual reflection and assessment. Throughout, the emphasis is on participatory, youth-centred methods: creating safe spaces, building critical thinking, and designing interventions that are realistic within the constraints of actual youth work contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The module is primarily addressed to youth workers, educators, and facilitators.
