It means being able to find, evaluate, and use health information in everyday life in order to make informed decisions about one\u2019s well-being. These are the skills at the heart of the <a href=\"https:\/\/b-isi.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/MODULE_2_FRAMe-Health-_CIMP_compressed.pdf\">second module<\/a> of the Frame Health program,\u00a0<strong>\u201cHealth Literacy for Empowered Communities.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training introduces participants to the core principles of health literacy and demonstrates how individuals can navigate healthcare systems more effectively, identify reliable sources of information, and communicate more clearly about health-related issues. Particular emphasis is placed on access to high-quality health information, patients\u2019 rights within the European Union, and the role of prevention in maintaining good health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The module also addresses some of the most widely debated health topics in society today, including vaccines, medical misinformation, and methods for assessing scientific evidence.
