Citizen engagement is a crucial element of building an inclusive, active civil society. Through the CitizenForesight project, BISI is experimenting with Future Search methods to elicit creative ideas from citizens and young people on tackling challenges linked to boosting civic activism and creating innovative spaces for citizen collaborations. This report describes the activities in Sofia and offers recommendations for replicating the methodology to other contexts and target groups. The project is funded by the EU’s CERV program.
